1. Scope and client agreements
These are the standard terms for new SF Web Tech home-service marketing packages. Your written proposal identifies the purchased scope, market, services, fee, advertising budget and lead minimum before enrollment. Existing signed client agreements remain controlling for those engagements. Changes and discounts are recorded in writing.
2. Monthly fees and advertising
Lead Launch is $1,500/month for paid acquisition. Lead & Local Growth is $2,000/month for paid acquisition, a custom website and ongoing local marketing. Local Authority is $3,500/month for expanded content and local coverage. Advertising is separate, starting at $50/day. All packages are month-to-month. No separate agency setup fee applies within the agreed package scope. Domain purchases, premium tools, unusual usage, paid memberships and additional scope must be identified and agreed before any additional charge.
3. Who the packages serve
The packages are designed for established home-service businesses with an advertising budget, capacity to take more work and a working sales process. Typically you are already closing 5-10 jobs a month, with flexibility for higher-value trades. Discovery confirms whether the scope and target are realistic.
4. Lead target and 90-day start
We start with a target of 35-50 qualified leads in your first 90 days. Your exact minimum is agreed before enrollment based on services, market and advertising budget, and can be lower or higher. If we miss it, subsequent management fees are waived until we reach the agreed cumulative minimum. Advertising spend continues separately. Day one begins once payment, onboarding and required account access and inputs are complete, confirmed in writing. Website building and normal setup count within that period. Agency delays do not reset the clock. Any client pause or access or budget interruption and its effect on dates must be documented; platform delays do not automatically pause it.
5. Qualified leads and attribution
A qualified lead is a new homeowner, property owner or authorized decision-maker with valid contact details and a genuine request for an agreed service in the agreed area. Spam, vendors, job applications, wrong-service and out-of-area inquiries, existing customers or leads, CRM contacts and contacts from the previous 12 months are excluded. The same person, phone or property inquiry counts once within 90 days across channels. Only attributable new inquiries from the assets and campaigns we create or manage count. Existing websites and profiles need a documented baseline. A qualified lead is not a guaranteed appointment or sold job.
6. Management-fee waiver
If the agreed minimum is not reached by day 90, subsequent management fees are waived and the purchased package continues until the cumulative minimum is reached. The client maintains the agreed advertising spend and account access. This remedy does not refund past management fees or advertising costs. We reconcile invoice overlap and confirm prospective normal billing when the minimum is met; waived work is not charged retrospectively.
7. Month-to-month service and cancellation
There is no long-term minimum commitment. Cancellation stops future renewal without a cancellation penalty. Your proposal records treatment of the current paid period and handover dates. Ending service before day 90 ends ongoing delivery and the remaining target obligation. Cancellation during a fee waiver also ends delivery, without a retrospective management charge.
8. Website, content and ownership
You own the delivered website source code and content and can take them elsewhere without a website exit charge. Lead & Local Growth includes up to 10 initial core pages; Local Authority includes up to 15. Lead Launch includes a campaign page when needed, rather than a full website. Hosting and maintenance are included during active service, including a management-fee waiver. When you leave, arrange replacement hosting and a handover. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.
9. Monthly delivery and limits
Lead & Local Growth includes 4 articles, 6 service/location pages and 4 GBP posts monthly. Local Authority includes 6-10 articles, 10-20 service/location pages and 8 GBP posts monthly. Production begins in the first paid cycle alongside website work; initial core pages are separate. If additional pages would add little value, useful updates can be agreed instead. Additional minor edit allowances are 1 hour and 2 hours respectively and do not replace scheduled content or fixes to our work. Backlink outreach does not guarantee placements. Extra markets, larger features and complex integrations require agreed scope.
10. Reporting, support and references
Monthly reports and review calls cover qualified leads, sources, exclusions, media spend and progress toward the agreed minimum. Call logs and recordings are available where enabled and supported; forms and messages are captured through connected channels. WhatsApp messages are welcome anytime, with a target response within 1-2 hours; overnight replies may take longer. Reference conversations require the participating client’s permission.
11. Free strategy call and initial audit
The strategy call and initial audit are free. You keep the recommendations whether or not you enroll. There is no free service month. Included website builds, setup, hosting and ongoing work are part of the purchased package. Organic work builds assets that may continue to help your business, but rankings, future traffic, future lead volume and sales are not guaranteed.
